Disconnect electric break.

Raise the tongue off of the ball hitch with the jack.

LOWER OUTRIGGERS AND LEVEL MILL

WARNING!

Put 2 rear outriggers down before moving cutting head

from the rest position. Failure to follow this may result in serious injury.

Retrieve the locking brackets and the adjustment handle from the storage location near
the hitch.

See Figure 3-3.

WARNING!

Hold the adjustable leg with one hand to prevent a sudden

release and pull out the locking pin. Failure to follow this may result in
serious injury.

Unclip the retainer on the locking pin on the two rear (taillight end) adjustable outriggers.
