Customer and Equipment Identification

An identification plate is located on the frame of the saw. The plate contains the serial
number and configuration information of your machine. You will also receive a customer
number when you purchase your machine. 

These numbers will help expedite our service to you. Please locate them now and write
them below so you have quick, easy access to them.
