Alexa does not automatically discover my other smart home devices.
Try to manually add the device:
•
Select Smart Home from the menu at the left hand side of the Alexa portal.
•
Click on Manage Devices and Discover Devices.
•
If that doesn’t work your device may not be recognised by the Alexa platform.
Alexa does not control my other smart home devices.
It is possible your device is not Alexa Skills enabled.
If Alexa does not report a problem, but the device doesn’t react to the command,
check if you can control the device from the Wondrwall app. If the device works,
delete the device from Alexa and manually add it.
