I can’t log onto my Wondrwall account on the App.

Will my Wondrwall system switch off if my broadband is turned off or
stops working?
No. Your light switches will still operate and allow you to control your lighting as
decisions are made locally. Your thermostat and alarm siren will also work as usual.
The internet connection is required for the system to autonomously control, but lack
of signal will not prevent you from the basic functions of control lighting and heating.
Wondrwall is not connecting to my music player to play sound through
the light switch speakers. What is the problem?
It is possible you are using a music player not integrated with Wondrwall. Your light
switch can play sound from Amazon Music or the radio.
