Connecting:
I am away from home and the system is not connecting as I cannot
remotely access any of my control features for the house. What should
I do?
It is possible the Wi-Fi signal in your home is down. Check the connectivity on your
phone and make sure you don’t have any firewalls rejecting Wondrwall.
I can’t connect a new key fob to the Wondrwall system.
To connect a new fob you need to go through the pairing process for a new key fob
(page 29).
To delete a key fob, select the key fob in the Devices screen. Press the i icon (top
right), then Delete Device.
My Wondrwall system is not coming online.
Check your fusebox. Wondrwall needs a live power source in order to function.
My app is not connecting to the system.
Check your wi-fi connection. A wi-fi signal is necessary for the app to connect to
Wondrwall.
