3) To send the audio to the Analog output connector, select the Analog Audio Output
tab and choose HDMI Audio (Downmix) from the pull-down menu.
4) Click Save to apply changes.
5) The sound device connected to the RX will now play out the HDMI audio stream.
Tip: If audio is not playing out, confirm that the TX device is streaming. Also, verify the
RX audio output settings are correct.
Note:
Downmixed 2-channel audio is not available for proprietary Dolby or DTS audio
formats
5.6 Analog Audio Routing tab
The Analog Audio tab is used to setup and manage Analog Audio Routing between TX
and RX devices.
All the RX devices are listed on the top half of the Decoder section. Similarly, all the TX
devices are listed on the bottom half under the Encoder section.
First verify if appropriate TX and RX devices that will have the Analog Audio routed are
joined:
1) Verify if the Decoder (RX) is currently joined to the appropriate Encoder (TX).
a) Click on the RX and the Encoder (TX) it is joined to will be highlighted by yellow.
