Choose the
Connection type
on the left side of the screen, then choose the
Serial
tab for the local USB connection (with USB to UART adapter).

Add a
New connection
name for the profile then push the
Create
button.

In the next window the connection settings will appear. There choose the right
COM port
according to the available USB (serial) port number.

Click on the
Save
button to save the connection profile.

Note that the Leshan Server or Leshan Bootstrap server must be already installed
and executed and the server must be connected to the network, because the
WM-I3 will trying to connect to the LwM2M server during the connection
configuration!
