The LED signals are mainly inactive due to energy saving reasons.
These are only active in case of cellular network connection, requesting network’s
signal strength value (life signal) or a failure.

2.10 Starting the device
In case of adding the power by inserting the nr. 9 jumper (close the two-pins), the
device will be started.
