Scope of Delivery
Delivery:
Upon receipt, check that the shipment is complete as specified on the delivery note.
Notify the carrier and supplier of any deficiencies or damages immediately as well as in writing or make a note
on the delivery note.

Use
Preparing the Bed for the Patient
WARNING
Risk of injury when putting patient into bed!
Before putting the patient into bed:
Ensure that mattress is completely and correctly inflated.
Ensure that mattress is correctly secured with safety straps.
WARNING
Danger of suffocation due to air-impermeable mattress cover!
Use mattress cover correctly.
The nursing staff are responsible for the safety of the patient on the mattress cover.
CAUTION
Material damage due to dampness or contamination!
Ensure that no moisture gets into the mattress.
Ensure that no food or drink gets into the mattress.
If moisture, food or drink get into the mattress, notify LINET® Service.
Putting the Patient into the Bed
Skin Assessment
Before placing a patient on any air mattress, a skin assessment by a qualified person should be completed to ensure the
appropriate support surface is used. Always follow local facility protocol for skin and risk assessments.
Lay patient on mattress.
