8.3.11 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD Connector (J21/J22)
The bootable SATA (2.0) interface is located at J21/J22. The SYS-ITX-N-3800
system includes a SATA cable for use with a single 2.5-inch HDD/SSD.

8.3.12 Battery Connector (J23)
An optional external battery, connected to J23, supplies the SYS-ITX-N-
3800 with standby power for the real-time clock and CMOS setup RAM.
A power supervisory circuit contains the voltage sensing circuit and an
internal power switch to route the battery or standby voltage to the
circuits selected for backup. The battery automatically switches on when
the V
CC
of the systems drops below the battery voltage and off when V
CC
returns to normal.

8.3.13 Micro SD Card Socket (J26)
The SYS-ITX-N-3800 provides a MicroSD card socket for storage only. The
MicroSD cannot be used as a bootable device for Windows.
