Operation
1.)
Close vertical grate.
2.) Add smaller sized
split logs
, then larger split logs,
and fill the filling chamber as required – Fig. 17.
Before closing the lighting door, ensure that there is
wood just in front of the ignition opening– Fig. 18.

Note!
For reliable and efficient ignition, it is im-
portant that wood is in front of the ignition
opening. Always prepare the basic firebed
with ½ m pieces of wood.

Types of ignition:
„Instant“:
The ignition phase begins immediately after selection.
„With off period“: Press the
+
or
–
buttons to change the time in 15 min. steps. Press
Save
to confirm this
choice – Fig. 22.
The ignition phase starts only once the set time has elapsed and a heating request has
been generated by MESplus control or an external ignition request.
„Automatic“:
The ignition phase begins when there is a heating request from the MESplus control or an
external ignition request.
Information!
Before filling, ensure no embers are present
in the filling chamber – uncontrolled ignition
possible!
