emergency refill the supply container
It is necessary to clean the reserve supply container and/or flap in the feed unit if too much dust has collected or
there are foreign bodies in the reserve supply container.
If pellets cannot be fed into the supply container via the fully-automatic pellet feed, it can be emergency filled by
hand via the inspection cover.
– Switch off the BioWIN 2 with the ON/OFF button on the InfoWINplus (Fig. 166) and wait until the display has
gone out (ca. 20 min).
Please note! Risk of crushing from rotating auger.
Before opening the inspection cover, always disconnect the boiler from the power supply. Discon-
nect the mains power plug.
– Remove top cover – Fig. 167.
– Disconnect the mains power plug – Fig. 168.
– Place a container for the pellet at the front.
– Remove ash box – Fig 169.
– Remove the screws under the reserve supply container cover; slide the cover down and remove (cover is hooked
in with a bayonet lock) – Fig. 170, 171.
– Remove the screws from the inspection cover and carefully raise the inspection cover. Pellets may gush out
depending on how high a level of them there is – Fig. 172.
Emergency refill the supply container:
– Remove pellets and dust from supply container.
– Remove dust from the feed flap and proximity switch (Fig. 173, 174) and check that flap opens and closes
smoothly. It must make full contact with the seal.
