OWNERS OPERATING & MAINTENANCE MANUAL

PHLEBOTOMY COLLECTION

OPTIONAL FOOTREST INSTALLATION

*2580 MODELS WITH THE "FR" OPTION

1. 

Remove four (4) clip plugs and four (4) clip bases

2. 

Install Glide Feet in threaded holes on bottom of the Footrest frame  (

See Page 35

)

3. 

Align Footrest Tubes to Holes in Frame

4. 

Using two hands, install bolts and nuts with 
supplied tools
