OWNERS OPERATING & MAINTENANCE MANUAL

PHLEBOTOMY COLLECTION

SIDE CABINET ASSEMBLY

2580 models ordered with a cabinet (2580-CL and 2580-CS) will arrive with a pre-assembled cabinet 
configured for installation on the 

Patient Left Side

 of the main frame.

SIDE CABINET INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION ON PATIENT LEFT:

1. 

Remove the pre-assembled side cabinet module from the box.

2. 

Insert the Arm Post into the Receiving Tube on the chair frame (

FIG 1

).

3. 

Orient the arm / cabinet to face forward and slide Arm Post into Receiving Tube.  

NOTE:

 holes in the Arm Post should face the rear of the chair.

4. 

Once inserted, support cabinet and pull Height Adjustment Handle to allow arm to drop down into 
place (

MAKE SURE TO KEEP HANDS AND CLOTHING CLEAR WHEN 

INSERTING ARM POST INTO RECEIVNG TUBE TO AVOID INJURY.
