Bread function
Refer to the appropriate recipe and follow this procedure:
1
Insert the kneading blade into bread pan.
2
Place ingredients in the bread pan in the following order: wet
ingredients first, and then the dry ones. Add dry yeast at the
end. If you are using the timer function, it is important that the
yeast does not come into contact with the wet ingredients,
otherwise the dough will not rise as well.
3
Insert the bread pan into bread maker and gently close the lid.
4
Turn on the appliance. The LCD display will show “MENU
1 TIMER 3:25”. Press the Menu Select button and cycle
through the bread options until you reach your desired baking
programme.
5
Press Crust Color to select the bread color from Light, Medium
and Dark.
6
Press Loaf size button to select loaf size from 0.5kg, 0.75kg and
1.0kg.
7
If you need to use the timer function, press the Time+ or
Time- Delay time buttons to adjust the time. Set the number of
hours after which the bread should be ready. The machine will
determine when the baking programme begins.
8
Press Start/Stop to start the bread maker.
If you need to stop the bread maker, hold down the Start/Stop
button for 1 seconds and the bread maker will stop.
Do not touch the control panel while the appliance is operating.
9
When the time shows “0:00”, the programme is. The machine
beeps 5 times in warning and then switches to the "keep warm"
function. While this function is operating, the second counter will
flash and the machine will beep 5 times every 5 minutes. After
the "keep warm" function has been operating for one hour, the
machine beeps 5 times and revert to the initial status.
10
When the machine beeps, the programme is finished. After the
programme has finished, unplug from the mains socket before
taking out the bread. Using oven gloves or similar, pull the bread
pan straight out of the machine. Wait for 5 minutes. Turn the
bread pan upside down and gently shake until bread drops out.
Remove the kneading blade from the bottom of the bread.
