Series EK92

EK90 smoke control dampers

can be fitted to the side

of smoke extraction ducts with fire resistance period and

a wall thickness of ≥ 35 mm.

The EK90 smoke control dampers can be mounted in a

horizontal or vertical axis position.

The damper blade should ideally be positioned parallel to

the direction of flow or outside of the flow, so as to avoid

any interfering forces.

The smoke extraction ducts can be aligned horizontally or

vertically, and must be designed and fitted in accordance

with the manufacturer's specifications.

The screw sizes specified in the following drawings relate

to smoke extraction ducts with a thickness of 35 mm. The

screw lengths should be adapted in the case of greater

thicknesses.
