8.13. Checking or replacing rubber parts
for the downholder carrier
Lower the Terra Spike on the
completely lowered front roller.
Loosen and remove all the hex
nuts (A).
Using the rear hydraulic system
of the tractor, raise the Terra
Spike approx.
3.9 in. (10 cm)

The retaining plate remains
lying on the ground or falls to
the ground after a brief
shaking.
First pull the retaining plate
forward and then to the side.
Check the buffers and replace
if necessary.
Slide the retaining plate slide
laterally between the rear
wheels and the front roller.
With two men, lift the
retaining plate and attach at
the securing holes.
By using washers and hex nuts
(A), fasten the retaining
plate.
