8.6. Checking or replacing rubber parts

Remove hex screws (A) and place 
the swing lever (B) down. 
 

 

 

 

 

To remove the defective metal rail 
(C), the hex bolts on the back (D) 
must be loosened. 
 

NOTE: 

For the installation, we recommend 
replacing the Nord-Lock locking 
washers. 

To install the metal rail (C), the 
hex bolts (A and D) must be 
tightened to a torque of  

120 Nm (88.5 lbf ft)

To remove the defective rubber 
buffers (E), the countersunk 
screw (F) must be loosened. 

6.

 

When installing the buffers 
(E), the countersunk screws 
must be firmly tightened. 

7.

 

To readjust the buffers (E), 
the locknut (G) must be 
loosened. 

8.

 

At the threaded end of the 
buffer holder, a size SW10 (H) 
wrench is applied to adjust the 
buffers. 

9.

 

When adjusting the buffers, the 
tine position relative to the 
other tines must be taken into 
account.

To fix the adjustment in place, 
firmly tighten the locknut (G). 

11.

 

Swing the swing lever (B) 
upwards and fasten it to 
the metal rail (C) with the 
hex bolts (A).
