Completing an Activity
To complete an Activity or Sleep, simply tap
Finish at the top right. Should you need to
discard an Activity, tap Discard at the top left
of the screen.
Select “Finish” to complete your
workout and upload your data.
You will receive the notification below if you
were disconnected from Bluetooth during
your Activity. Your data will be saved on the
WHOOP Strap and will transfer to your Android
device when the Bluetooth connection is re-
stored. The App will notify you when your data
has synced and your Activity is processed.
