Socket Screwdriver / Nutdrivers – 1/4”, 5/16” and 10mm.
•
Flat wrench – 1/2” and 10mm.
•
Philips Screwdriver – small, medium and large.
•
Screwdrivers – small, medium and large.
•
Pliers – standard and adjustable.
•
Multimeter.
•

8 – FAILURES CHART - TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSE
SOLUTION
No power supply.
Turn on cut-out switch or await
power supply return.
Lack of energy/ electricity on the Electronic
Control (PCB).
Measure continuity between
involved wires. (R = 0).
Power cord broken and/or plug terminal loose.
Measure continuity between cable
ends. (R = 0).
Wiring Harness bad/broken.
Connect/replace Wiring Harness.
LED’s on panel don't
light.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL board with problems.
Replace the Electronic board
(PCB).
Lid micro-switch contact bad or open.
It must present continuity(R=0)
when closed and no continuity
(R=infinite) when open.
Lack of energy/ electricity on the Electronic
Control (PCB).
It must present continuity (R=0).
Water pump clogged or with problem.
Remove the object that is clogging
the Water Pump or replace it.
Brake lining dirty, worn or misadjust.
Clean, change or adjust it.
Inlet Valve with problem.
Replace Inlet Valve.
Motor or capacitor with problem.
Check Motor doesn’t run Topic on
this troubleshooting.
Wiring Harness bad/broken.
Connect/replace Wiring Harness.
Brake actuator burned.
Replace actuator.
Selected program doesn't
run.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL board with problems.
