DISMOUNTING

- 

Release the Clamp and remove the outlet Hose attached to the
Electric Pump;

- 

Release the 3 screws that fasten the Electric Pump to the Tub;

- 

Pull it outwards.

5.9 – Motor

The Motor enables reverting rotation direction during the Agitation cycle, which is controlled by the
Electronic Control (PCB). In the spinning cycle it rotates in the clockwise direction only.

The  WWD22A is fitted with a 1/4 HP motor.

TEST

1.  Disconnect Wiring Harness;

2.  Check continuity between terminals, as follows;

Continuity (Ohms -

White and Yellow

Before changing Motor check:

Continuity on Wiring Harness;

Capacitor;

If shaft rotates freely when released form Belt;

-

 

If the Mechanism is not locked.

DISMOUNTING

-

 

From the lower side of the Motor Support, release the nuts that
fasten the Motor with the Support

-

 

Then release the belt, loosening the Motor.
