5.14 – Suspension

Four (4) sets of Suspension Rods support the Tub/Mechanism assembly.

The Suspension Rod set is composed by:

WWD22A

A – Ball Suspension Upper
B – Strap
C – Suspension Rod Assembly
D - Cup
E – Spring
F – Sleeve

The Straps are fitted in projections molded in the Tub and their purpose is
to damp the movement of the Tub/Mechanism assembly during the braking
operation.

The lower part of the Suspension is fitted directly in the Tub.

DISMOUNTING

- 

Remove the Cover;

- 

Lay the Washer down;

- 

Pull the Suspension Rod and remove the corner shelf’s Cover Support;

- 

Position the Cover Support so its hollow part matches the Suspension
Rod’s fold;

- 

Pull and release the Support;

- 

Remove the Suspension Rod sets from the Tub.
