DISMOUNTING
To release the components located in the lower part of the Motor Support, you just have to loose the set-
fastening nut.
To release the Gearcase mounted on the Motor Support use the special Gearcase Device
(part number #
326.001.390)
, as described below:
To remove the Gearcase do the following:

Remove all components of this set (including the Basket; remaining only the Tub Support, the Ball
Bearing and the Gearcase mounted) and turn the Tub Set so that the Motor and the Tub Support are
turned upwards;

Mount the Device threading the Center Shaft in the Device’s Body;
A – Center Shaft
B – Device Body

Position the Device on the Tub Support by fastening the bolts
(A) in the lower side of the Gearcase drum and fasten the
Support Feet on the Tub Support pins. Mount the Motor
Support screws (B) by fastening the Device on the Tub
Support.

Place the Bar (C) in the Center Shaft’s hole and
rotate the Bar in the counterclockwise direction in order
to release the Gearcase from the Ball Bearing. The
Gearcase will be evenly raised in this operation;

Release the screws and remove the Device, disconnecting it from the Gearcase already removed.
To mount the Gearcase:

Mount it inside the Device’s Center Shaft; the Mounting Shaft edges must be turned downwards;
