Troubleshooting

Problem

Resolution

USB module (test unit) 
not recognized (USB 
driver is installed 
correctly)

Recognition of USB devices needs to be done in order:

1) Close WhaleTeq software if open 
2) Disconnect the USB module for ~2s
3) Reconnect the USB module
4) Wait for the recognition sound 
5) Start WhaleTeq software

USB module stops 
responding

Move  the  main  function  mode  to  “Off”  and  then 

return  to  the  function  being  used.  If  this  does  not 
work, close WhaleTeq software, disconnect the USB 
module, reconnect the USB module and re-start the 
USB module.
