Intended Use
The product offers lighting in the dark, controlled by a microwave motion
detector. The built-in battery is charged by the solar cell and takes over the
energy supply of the light source. During the day, the light of the solar lamp
switches off again automatically.
Assembling and Setting up
Screw three screws into the base at the desired installation location and hook
the solar floodlight onto it with the slotted holes on the back of the installation
foot.
Align the solar panel in the direction of the most frequent incidence of
sunlight.
The solar floodlight is designed to resist the elements and is thus protected
against dampness; it should not, however, be directly subjected to wetness or
placed directly in water.
If the solar panel has been covered by a protective foil for protection during
transit, remove it.
Operation
The solar floodlight offers illumination in darkness.
The solar floodlight offers four operating functions, which can be selected by
pressing the button on the mounting foot repeatedly:
Press once, the light will turn on at full power when the sensor is triggered
and will turn down to minimal illumination 25 ± 5 seconds after the sensor
has been triggered.
Press twice, the light will turn on at full power when the sensor is triggered
and will turn off 25 ± 5 seconds after the sensor has been triggered.
Press three times, the light will turn on at 50% brightness and remain on
until the battery is empty or the light is turned off.
Press four times to switch off the device.
Please note: Turn on the light in the darkness before installation to set it to the
desired mode.
Using the Solar Lamp
The performance of the solar lamp varies according to the season, and the
duration and intensity of the sunlight reaching it.
In long periods of insufficient sunshine, the rechargeable battery may not
charge up sufficiently to allow the lamp to illuminate for a longer length of
