General Performance
The system performance with any communication option is similar, you can view and change parameters, view alarms, send alarm messages
(with the limitations explained above).
The recording function of temperature or humidity behavior via the Internet cannot be viewed because they are real time functions. The user will
see a picture of the time when he was connected. If after connection, any change occurs, it will not be seen, unless the page is refreshed.
This will not happen when using SCADA, because communication occurs through the Internet or the WEB, accessing the unit running the
SCADA. In this case all parameters are displayed in real time.
Controllers can communicate directly with Johnson Controls' Metasys monitoring software, using an adaptor.
The software included in WebGate is free. It has reading and writing functions for all parameters.
For any special function the client may wish for the place where the units are installed, it must be programmed by the user or third parties. For
this purpose, together with WebGate you will receive a CD with the following information:
1 - WebGate manufacturer's manual
2 - Westric Installation and Operation Manual
3 - List of all records and parameters which can be read and written in the controller
4 - All source files of the program are recorded in WebGate, this is in case the user had any problems, he or she can re-record them.
