Setting Temperature:
Initially on every start-up, the temperature function will be in OFF state. To set temperature,
single press ‘TEMP’ to select the temperature value. The selected temperature value is saved
after the display blinks several times.
Temperature value can be set from ambient temperature to 320°C. Once the temperature
value is selected, press ‘+/-’ to increase or decrease the temperature value. The temperature
value is saved after the display blinks several times.
The user can select the unit of temperature (°C) or (°F) by pressing ‘°C/°F’. As per the selected
unit, the actual value and the set value of temperature will change accordingly.
To operate the device in stirring mode only, select the speed and time as mentioned in
the previous sections. For temperature, single press the temperature button to select
the temperature and then press ‘+/-’ until the SET temp display shows ‘Abc’ (Ambient
Temperature). Finally, press the ‘START’ button to start the stirrer.
Setting ATS Mode:
ATS Mode is for the auto start of the machine. If ATS is active upon power failure during
stirring, the machine starts the function with similar parameters once the power resumes.
To activate ATS mode, press the ‘TIME/ATS’ key until the display shows ‘ATS ON’.
ATS mode will work in either Condition Infinite or Set Timer.
To exit from ATS mode during operation, press ‘TIME/ATS’ key until the display shows
‘ATS OFF’. If the run is completed for the set timer, the ATS automatically deactivates
and will need to be reactivated with every new run.
Setting Lock/Unlock Keypad Function:
The keypad can be locked to avoid any accidental or tampering with the setting of the
parameters. The lock can only be activated during the operation of the device. After pressing
the ‘START’ button, press the ‘+/-’ buttons together. One can lock the keypad which displays
as ‘LOC’ on the display panel. This means that only the ‘START/STOP’ button will remain
functional.
After pressing the ‘STOP’ button in ‘LOC’ condition during operation, the START/STOP button
will also be locked. To start the operation again, press the ‘Unlock’ button.
In ATS Mode, the lock mode will be unlocked by only two ways. Either by pressing ‘+/-’ buttons
together or if the unit is restarted after the ATS operation is over. While the ATS operation is
running the lock mode will be remain ON even if there is a power cut-off & the unit restarts.
Or else the buttons stay ‘Unlocked’ in all conditions.
Pulse Mode:
The pulse mode functions as Run-Pause-Run. The default pulse mode is always in
OFF condition.
To activate pulse mode, long press the ‘SPEED/PULSE’ button and the display will show ‘Pulse
On’. By long pressing the ‘SPEED/PULSE’ button again, it will deactivate the pulse mode and
the display will show ‘Pulse Off’ even during operation.
Fix time for PULSE mode will be always 30 seconds. By default, the motor runs clockwise.
Pulse mode can be turned ON/OFF while stirrer is running. Pulse mode will work at any
SET RPM which is in the range of (200-2200). Time counting of pulse time will counting
from beginning.
