Assembly and Using
Saw Blade Support
For best results it is necessary to position the saw
blade support as close as possible to the grinding
stone to steady the saw blade.
Offset Teeth
1. For saw blades with offset teeth the
motor machine must be tilted. To do
so, loosen the clamping nuts on
both sides and tilt the motor ma-
chine as desired. The motor ma-
chine can be tilted 25° in both
directions.
2. Under some conditions it can happen that the
desired angle can not be set because the motor
machine hits the base plate.
3. In such a case turn the motor machine by 180°
in its mounting flange. To do so, loosen the
clamping screw in the mounting piece.
Grinding Circular Saw Blades
1. After all settings have been
accomplished, the spring
adjustment stop (D) must be
adjusted to exert some
pressure on the saw blade.
2. To grind the saw blade now
turn on the machine by
pressing the ON/OFF Switch
