Oscillator-Ampl ifier Filaments
The osci llator-amplifier fi laments may be energized at
any time but preferab ly should be started a few minutes be­
fore the rectifier filaments have been completely prehe ated.

ating contactor S 54P. Keep all switches in the os c illator ­
amplifier itself in the "ON" pos iti on.
Water
Keep the s afety dis connect switches D3. 1W and D3. 2W
cl osed except when servic ing the associated cooler. Close
the switch D4. 1W or D4. 2W depending on the particular cooler
it is desired to operate. Press the push butt on on line
starter Dl . lW or Dl . 2W, depending on t�e pump it is desired
to have operate, to the 110N11 position. Set the valves of
the water system as instructed in the section covering this
sys tem; then place the system in operation by clos ing the
switch 11Water System"

ing the cooler motor and operating the l ine s tarter which
starts a pump.
When the proper water fl ovv is obtained t�a flow relays
WDlW and WD2W and relays S2W and SlF operate . Lamp E8F
