High Voltage
The high-voltage control cir cuit is common with the
amplifi er filament control from D2F through SlF and D3F to
S53P. At this point the high-voltage control is connected
in serie s through the auxiliary contacts of S53P, S59P, and
S56P

. This interlocks the high voltage with the fila
ment and bias supplies . From terminal 10 of DP50P the con
trol circu it is continued to terminal 27C and thr ough the
l ink switch D30. 1C and terminal 28C to 53F. From 53F the
circuit is c onnected through D4F 11High Voltage Rectifie r"
and 56F to 57F . SlOF is energized, which applies voltage
to the undervol tage release coil on circuit b reaker CB6 5P.
Voltage is applied to one contact of SSF, to one s ide of
the circuit breaker motor through terminal 6 3F, and to the
recl osure relay S l2F . Voltage is also applied through the
back contact of Sl2F to 58F and thence to 59F through an
auxiliary switch in the circuit breaker whi ch is closed
when the c ircuit breaker is open. From 59F, re lay SSF is
energized through the back contact of S 9F . Relay SSF locks
up through one contact ; through the othe r contact it ener
gizes S l2F through R30F, and through terminal 62F it ener
giz es the circuit-breaker clos ing motor . E64F slows up the
operati on of S l2F s o.that SSF is pos itively locked up be
fore Sl2F latches up. When the c ircuit breaker c l os es, it s
auxiliary contacts close connecting terminal s 60F and 61F
to the r eturn side of the control circuit. Relay S9F is
energized through 61F, l ocks up through the make contact,
and deenergiz es SSF through the break contact. When SSF
releases , the motor mechanism on the circu it breaker and
