This command shall be used by the application to lock, unlock or interrogate a ME
or network facility <fac>.

Command syntax: AT+CLCK= <fac>,<mode>[,<passwd>[,<class>] ]

Response syntax: +CLCK: <status> [ ,<class1> ]
