2. Probe cable(s) interrupted
3. Fault in water sensor electronics
1. Replace water inlet valve
2. Measure electrical conductance of
the individual cables, rectify
interruption, replace probe if necessary
3. Replace water sensor electronics
Ice cubes are cloudy
Trough motor no longer running
Check trough motor voltage. If voltage
is present and the trough motor does
not turn, replace the trough motor
Ice capacity of the ice cube
maker too low
1. Condenser is soiled
2. Insufficient ventilation
3. Room / ambient temperature is
too high
4. Cooling water controller not
working properly
1. Clean condenser
2. Check specified lateral distances
and ensure optimum air circulation
3. Reduce room/ambient temperature,
if necessary relocate the machine.
Replace air-cooled machine with
water-cooled machine if necessary
4. Check cooling water controller,
setpoint tempe30°C, readjust
or replace if necessary
Water spills over the edge of the
trough during ice cube
production
1. Machine is not level
2. Trough has moved down
3. Water level sensor is soiled
