REQUESTS FROM MANUFACTURER

Make sure that the connection tube is not kinked before starting the measurement to avoid any injury to
patient.
t
For any patient, do not measure more than 3 times continuously, it should be at least above 5 minutes of
interval rest between any two measurements, otherwise will cause exsanguination in the blood vessel.
t
Do not measure your blood pressure over 6 times each day.
t
Do not apply the cuff over a wound as this can cause further injury.
t
Do not measure on the arm which is on the side of a mastectomy, otherwise it could cause injury.
t
Observe the air pressure value from the LCD display.
t
When measuring, the device cannot exceed 299 mmHg, otherwise please press the “ON/OFF” button to stop.
t
Do not use force to bend the arm cuff or the air tube.
t
Do not knock or drop the main unit.
t
Always use the specified accessories in the manual, the use of other parts not approved by the manufac-
turer may cause faults or injuries.
t

REGARDING EMC STATEMENT
1. A statement to the effect that this equipment needs to be installed and put into service in accordance with
the information provided in the ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS; and
2. a statement to the effect that wireless communications equipment such as wireless home network devic-
es, mobile phones, cordless telephones and their base stations, walkie-talkies can affect this equipment
and should be kept distanced away from the equipment. The distance is calculated by the MANUFACTUR-
ER from the 800 MHZ to 2,5 GHz column of Table 5 or Table 6 of EN 60601-1-2:2015, as appropriate.
MANUFACTURER´S WARRANTY
The producer warrants Wellion WAVE professional blood pressure meter against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The warranty is lost if the instrument is
misused, poorly maintained or is tampered with. Liability under this warranty is limited to the repair of de-
fective parts or - at the discretion of the producer - to the replacement of the instrument. The right to rescind
the purchase agreement exists only if the replacement is also found to be defective. Claims other than these
will not be dealt with. The warranty is not valid if the damage results from misuse, maltreatment, tampering,
human error and the use of extreme force. This warranty is valid only if the date, the stamp and the signature
of the dealer are recorded on the warranty card on the date of purchase. The warranty period is not to be
extended by any claim made under this warranty.
