Thank you for purchasing this WATT-Inverter variable frequency AC motor drive. When properly
installed, operated and maintained, the S3 / H3 series will provide a lifetime of reliable operation. It is
mandatory that the person who operates, inspects, and maintains this equipment thoroughly reads and
understands this manual.
This instruction manual has been designed to serve as self-supporting guide for the proper installation.

OPERATING THE WATT-INVERTER
This will ensure safe and reliable operation of the Inverter.
PRECAUTIONS
1. Make sure input power is in accordance with WATT-tronic series.
2. AC mains power connection L1, L2 and L3 (L1 & L2 for 240 volt single phase input) Motor
connections T1, T2 and T3.

DO NOT
touch any circuit components while AC main power is on or immediately after the
mains AC power is disconnected from the unit. You must wait until the LED on the control
board to extinguish.

DO NOT
make any interconnection or investigation to the circuit before Inverter is disconnected
from AC power line. Failure to adhere to this warning could result in serious or lethal injury.
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THIS MANUAL IS READ AND UNDERSTOOD TO
OBTAIN OPTIMUM OPERATION FROM YOUR WATT-tronic S3 / H3 series.
