8. Law regulations for disposal
Dismantling dispenser
Before dismantling the dispenser, it is necessary to first disassembling its
components. For disassembling operations, please ask the reseller.
The dispenser is formed by multiple parts with different material that
need to be separated once dismantled.
Plastic has to be separated from metal, copper, electric wires, gasket…
following in force law regulations for differentiated disposal.
In order to protect the environment, if the components are not disposed
immediately, they must be kept sheltered from weather conditions and
sun, to avoid air or water pollution by toxic agents.
Disposal of expired material
The disposal of exhausted material is in charge of final user and must be
carried out following in force regulations.
Disposal of electric material waste WEEE
WEE is a specific directive that includes financial and operative
obligations to EEE producers: collection, transport and management of
household WEEE and also collection of professional WEEE
Referral directive is legislative decree 151/2005 (CE directive
2002/95/CE and 2003/108/CE), that established the procedures for:
a. Limit the production of WEEE
b. Promote the re-use, recycling and other forms of recovery for WEEE,
in order to reduce the quantity led to disposal
c. For environment concerning, enhance the intervention of subject in
charge for life cycle of EEE (e.g. producers, distributors, end user,
operators directly linked to the processing of WEEE)
d. Reduce the use of toxic material in electric and electronic devices
If on the dispenser or on its package you can see the label with a
crossed bin (like below) the device must be disposed separately. That
is to say that end user must dispose the device in a specialized center
