Installation Procedures

Installing the ASM onto a Watkiss TrimMaster

Watkiss Automatic SpineMaster Service Manual - Edited 17/06/04

Position the drill jig using the centre cable tie as location.
Secure the jig in position with adhesive tape.

Spot drill the holes using the 3.3mm diameter drill sup-
plied.

Remove the drill jig.

Drill the 5 holes (previously spot drilled) through taking
care not to damage any wires inside the TrimMaster side
frame.

Drill the centre hole to 17mm diameter using the hole
saw provided.

De-burr the holes and clean away the swarf.

Fit the interface socket and cable assembly. Use one of
the fixing screws to secure the TrimMaster bypass plug.
