General Considerations

8.1 General Considerations

8.1.1 Prior to Installation

1. Check that the required machine input voltage is available. The ASM re-

quires one Single Phase, Earthed supply.

Caution

This machine must only be plugged into an electrical supply line of the correct
voltage and with a proven earth. Any damage caused by failure to do so will
not be covered by the guarantee. The required machine voltage is shown on
the label on the rear of the unit.

2. Check that the Transformer is set to suit the input voltage (see 7.4 ‘‘Trans-
