3. The filtered solvent flows through the primary check valve and into the
piston chamber.
4. The primary piston delivers solvent to the accumulator, the vent valve,
and the inline 22-µL filter during transfer.
5. The accumulator piston delivers solvent, under pressure, to the vent
valve and the inline 22-µL filter.
6. From the inline 22-µL filter, the solvent flows to the post-column
addition tee.
7. The post-column addition tee adds ISM solvent to the solvent.
8. The diluted solvent then flows into the source of the QDa detector.
