Replacement draw-off valve

HPLC-grade methanol
Removing the Draw-Off Valve
1.
Purge the pump with methanol. If methanol is not miscible with your current eluent,
use an intermediate eluent.
2.
Insert the priming syringe into the Luer fitting at the center of the draw-off valve
handle, then turn the handle counterclockwise about 1/2-turn to open the valve.
3.
Use the syringe to withdraw all the methanol.
4.
Use the 5/16-inch open-end wrench to disconnect the three stainless steel
compression screws from the draw-off valve (

Attention:
Before continuing, lower the eluent reservoir to eliminate gravity
flow of eluent.
