Special cooling valve
Answer YES is there is a separate water valve
used for cooling. If the answer is NO, the standard
cold water inlet is used.
Gentle action
Answer YES if the machine is to operate on gentle
action during cooling. The machine will operate on
normal action if the answer is NO.
Times
Cold water is supplied in stages by the water valve
opening and closing according to a particular
pattern. The time for an opening or closing
sequence is 30 seconds. This time is permanently
programmed and cannot be changed. All that can
be programmed is the ratio between open and
closed valve.
The time the valve is open (ON time) can be
programmed separately between 1 and 15
seconds. The valve is closed during the remaining
time up to 30 seconds. The ON time is
programmed separately within two temperature
ranges: 212-158
°
F (100-70
°
C) and 158
°
F (70
°
C)
— final temperature.
The rate of temperature reduction is monitored
within the 212-158
°
F (100-70
°
C) range. If the ON
time is selected so that the water temperature in
the drum decreases by more than 7
°
F (4
°
C)/
minute, the valve is closed so that this value is not
exceeded.
The final temperature can between 77-140
°
F
(25-60
°
C) be programmed.
