5.3 Connecting a separate
power supply unit
If a large number of devices are used, additional power supply units may be
required. It is also necessary to use separate power supply units if individual
unit sections are to be switched on and off separately.
NTTE
The sensor splitter MASTER and the weather stations should always have
their own power supply unit. Providing a separate power supply unit with its
own on-site fuse protection ensures that weather data will always be sent to
the sensor bus.
CAUTION
When wiring the bus, do not connect power supply units in parallel via the
yellow 24-V wire.
