Sensor Splitter

1  Features

The sensor splitter is used to connect

multiple WAREMA climatronic

®

units to 1 to 3 weather stations or Sensor

Interfaces

multiple Wisotronic 1/2/3/4-channel to one weather station multisense

Thus, separate sensors are not needed for each central control unit. For ex-
ample, if there is one central control unit per storey in a building, all central
control units can be supplied with the necessary weather data from a single
weather station.

The measuring values are actively requested from the connected weather
stations via the sensor splitter. All other sensor splitters on the bus merely
need to "listen".

The devices can be mutually connected via a separate RS485 bus.

The sensor splitter makes 24 V DC/250 mA available on the bus on the sen-
sor side (sufficient for one weather station). If multiple weather stations are
connected, they need to be supplied by a separate power supply unit.
