8.3 Replacement of a
weather station on the
WAREMA climatronic
®
Proceed as follows to replace a faulty weather station:
Switch on the power supply for the weather station, sensor splitter MASTER
and the first climatronic (climabus 1) (see also
Fig. 15, 1 ).
Replace the weather station. Note down the serial number of the new weath-
er station.
During commissioning, only make changes to the red and black wires of
the bus lines.
Separate the bus line in such a way that the bus of the weather station (sen-
sor bus) is only connected with the bus of the first climatronic (climabus 1)
(
Fig. 15,

). The sensor splitter is completely separated from the bus and
the bus lines are directly connected to each other.
Switch on the power supply for climabus 1 and the weather station.
In climatronic 1, enter the serial number of the new weather station
(
"Sensor management"
menu) for the replaced weather station. Follow the
instructions accompanying the climatronic.
Complete the procedure with
"Load a weather station"
or
"Load all devices" ( "Load data in the devices" menu).
Switch the power supply for climabus 1 and the weather station back off.
Re-establish the bus wiring in such a way that all climatronic networks are
connected with the sensor bus via the sensor splitters (
Fig. 15, 1 ).
Switch the power supply of all components back on.
The weather data of the new weather station are now available for all con-
nected WAREMA climatronic
® networks.
NTTE Renewed commissioning of the other WAREMA climatronic
®
networks is not
required since the first WAREMA climatronic
®
control panel already loads the
required data into the new weather station.
This completes the commissioning process.
IMPNRTA T:
Enter the new serial number in all other WAREMA climatronic
®
control panels
of the unit as soon as possible.
NTTE If changes are made later in a WAREMA climatronic
®
network, the data sub-
sequently need to be loaded into the devices. If the new serial number was
not entered, the weather station is not found and the procedure cannot be
completed.
