1 INTRODUCTION

Congratulations on your choice of the Wallenstein MX series Manure Spreader to compliment your opera-

tion. This equipment has been designed and manufactured to meet the needs of a discerning land owner,

timber or landscaping industry.

This manual covers models:

• GROUND DRIVE - MX25G, MX50G & MX80G

• PTO DRIVE - MX50P & MX80P

All models feature selectable speed apron control with 662 style apron chain. The apron bed is laid with

tongue-and-groove poly floor boards that will not rust or rot, and are easy to clean. Steel components are

made from corrosion resistant carbon steel then powder coated for extra protection.

Safe, efficient and trouble free operation of your Wallenstein Spreader requires that you and anyone else

who will be using or maintaining the spreader, read and understand the Safety, Operation, Maintenance

and Trouble Shooting information contained within the Operator's Manual.

Keep this manual handy for frequent reference and to pass on to new operators or owners. Call your Wal-

lenstein dealer or the Distributor if you need assistance, information or additional copies of the manuals.

OPERATOR ORIENTATION

- The directions left, right, front and rear, as mentioned throughout this man-

ual, are determined when sitting on the tractor seat and facing the direction of travel.
