7�8 SEALING FLAP
Check the condition of the front frame sealing flap.
Replace sealing flap if not sealing the sides or bottom.
7�7 APRON CHAIN LINKS
Over a period of time the chain will become stretched
to a point where no further adjustment is available, at
this point links should be removed from the chain to
allow for further tensioning.
• At the chain adjusters, completely loosen tension
on both sides of the apron chain.
• Determine how many links to remove.
• Remove the cotter pins from the chain clevis pins,
separate the chain links.
• Use a chain breaker and carefully remove the
chain pin
• Remove the link, and repeat for the other side.
• Reassemble the links with the clevis pin, install
and secure cotter pins.

Note: when removing links from apron chain,
ensure the same number is removed from each
side
