Obligations of Installers/Operators
Installers and operators bear responsibility for the safety of an installation or a system as-
sembled with the product. The installer/operator is responsible for the proper installation
and safety of the system. All laws, standards, guidelines, local regulations and accepted
technological standards and practices applicable at the time of installation, as well as the
products’ operating instructions, must be followed. In addition, the installment require-
ments for approval must be met. In the event of non-compliance, operation of product
within the scope of the approval is not permitted.
In addition, the installer/operator is responsible for the deployment of suitable personnel.
