4. ORANGE thread path (threading the left needle)

Prerequisite:

•

The red, green and blue threads have been threaded.

•

The overlocker is switched off.

•

The plug has been disconnected from the mains.

•

Four

spools

are fitted to the overlocker.

•

The thread guide bar is fully extended.

•

The presser foot is in the upper position (only then can the tension discs
be disengaged).

Please follow the steps below:

hreading

osition 1, pull the orange thread from the rear through the

left-hand hole of the thread guide.

hreading

osition 2, guide the orange thread

under

the small metal

plate of the thread guide.

When doing so, keep the orange thread taut and pull it from the right

to the left beneath the small metal plate until it engages audibly.
