The STAR 1200XLD provides an On Screen Display (OSD) for adjusting its display and audio
configuration. The volume and OSD options are managed through the four buttons on the
eyewear’s Controller.
The Controller contains a rechargeable lithium ion battery, charged by connecting a USB
charger, plugged into a wall outlet or computer port with an output of not less than 2.5W.
Tip:
Charging a fully depleted Controller can take up to 11 hours at 2.5W. A 5W charger will reduce
this time significantly.
Use the provided USB charger for the shortest charge time. Its available power is divided
among it four ports. Use only one port to minimize the charge time.
The Vuzix icon will flash while the Controller is charging. Allow it to fully charge before using
your STAR eyewear for the first time.
Power & Menu
Powers up the video eyewear and enables its on-screen display menu (OSD).
Double-press to display the OSD.
Plus Selector
Changes your OSD selection to the next option and increases adjustment
settings.
