Troubleshooting

Fault

Possible cause and correction

The floor is

getting too wet.

It is possible that the Kobold MF520/530 Cleaning cloth

was moistened excessively.

•

Please observe the dosing instructions.

•

If required, remove residual liquid quantities

with a dry cloth in a second cleaning step.

After cleaning,

the floor looks

tarnished.

It is possible that there are residual quantities of old, polished

and shining care products and cleaning agents on the floor.

•

Repeat the cleaning process, and change the

cloth if required until it improves.

Fault

Possible causes and rectification

The Polsterboy

will not operate.

The Polsterboy was connected to the Kobold TR15 Telescopic

tube or the suction hose without the power cord.

•

Connect the Polsterboy to the Kobold ESS150

Electronic suction hose.

The Kobold VK150 Vacuum cleaner is not switched on.

•

Switch on the device.

The bristles of the

Polsterboy are

deformed or matted.

Fringes or fabrics were sucked in and pulled again.

•

Exchange the Suction nozzle.
