Troubleshooting
Fault Possible cause and correction
The Kobold SP530
Hard floor cleaner
is automatically
switched off,
the operation
indicator “ON” is
flashing green.
It is possible that the motor is overstrained.
• Switch off the Kobold VK150 Vacuum cleaner.
• Switch on the Vacuum cleaner and close the
secondary air flap of the Hard floor cleaner.
The Hard floor
cleaner is swivelling
excessively.
The Kobold MF520/530 Cleaning cloth is not fixed properly.
• Check whether the Cleaning cloth is sufficiently
and evenly fixed at the Cloth holder.
The cloth holder is not inserted correctly.
• Check whether the Cloth holder has been inserted
and latched into the Hard floor cleaner correctly.
It is possible that no original Cleaning cloths have been used.
• Only use original Cleaning cloths.
The joint connector
of the Hard floor
cleaner is blocked.
• Remove the blockage with a suitable tool
(e.g. screw driver, crochet hook).
The suction channel
of the Hard floor
cleaner is blocked.
• Remove the blockage.
• Use a suitable tool (e.g. screw driver, crochet hook).
